Lisa Dover Coaching & Development works as an extension of your team, working alongside the leaders of each organisation to identify strategic objectives and the team’s needs before creating individually tailored training to achieve the desired outcomes. 

 

Lisa provides consultation to business leaders on organisational development, team structure and operational efficiency. She also designs and delivers bespoke communication, performance, wellbeing and resilience coaching to individuals and organisations. Lisa’s work is designed to equip leaders with the tools they need to set themselves and their teams up for success. 

 

Courses and packages are tailored to the needs of each client and are delivered at the workplace, remotely or a venue of choice.
